Howard Dwan

Hello, my name is Howard Dwan. I am the Service Director here at BMW of Schererville. I have been in the Automotive Industry for 32 years; 27 of those years I have been a Parts & Service Director. My experience in the auto industry has been with GM, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Hyundai and most of all BMW, the Ultimate Driving Machine. I have a received many awards throughout my years in the Auto Industry. I have been married for 28 years and had the joy of having two great children. I have one hobby and that is Drag Racing. The best part of drag racing is I see and hear all the new technology of the Ultimate Driving Machine. I am here to answer all your questions and concerns, please contact me directly at 219-864-7333. I have been involved in the auto industry since 1992, with experience ranging from performing maintenance tasks, to washing cars, to estimating and handling insurance claims. My current position as a service consultant enables me to assist customers through the entire service visit, beginning with the initial appointment set up through completion by delivering a repaired and well-maintained car. My goal in my position is to provide exceptional service to every BMW customer by efficiently handling that entire process. I also assist customers understand and take advantage of all of the excellent features on their BMW’s by demonstrating these features and giving a hand when needed. I also act on customers’ behalf with insurance and extended warranty claims, making the processes as easy and convenient as possible.
On a personal note, I too enjoy driving a BMW (Z4 roadster) and am passionate about keeping it performing and looking perfect! I can completely relate to the relationship my customers have with their BMW’s too! I enjoy nothing more in my leisure time than to drop the top, turn up the tunes, and go for a “sporty” cruise.

As a service Advisor of BMW of Schererville, I would like to introduce my self. My name is Paul Harding and I am very excited about being back in the Northwest Indiana/Chicagoland area. This is an incredible place to share with family and friends, I love the culture the great Chicago and collegiate sports teams. (GO CUBS) The diverse Music, and the incredible food, I have been involved in the automotive industry for 12 years and fortunate to be involved with BMW for 6 years.

My name is Ryan Leoni and I am a Service Advisor here at BMW of Schererville. I provide customers a quick and easy way to diagnose what may be wrong with their vehicle, and we fix all of their issues. I am an avid auto enthusiast and enjoy racing as well as motorcycles. When I'm not at work, I spend my spare time reading and enjoying the internet and all it has to offer.

I got my start in the automotive industry at a very young age. I grew up around cars thanks to my dad who has been in the automotive salvage industry for as long as I can remember. As I got older I began to rebuild cars with him. Some cars we rebuilt to be driven by family members or we sold them for a profit. The first vehicle I ever owned my dad and I built. After that I became student at Lake Central High School and joined the Automotive Technology class. I took that class the remainder of my high school years and learned as much as I possibly could. During which time I was a cook at a local pizza place and everyday when I would leave work I would go out of my way to drive past the BMW dealership. Since I could remember I always had a passion for BMW’s and eventually that turned into a desire to work at a BMW dealership. So eventually I got a part time job at the dealership as a detailer. I have worked my way up from detailing cars and now I am the Warranty Administrator and Dispatcher.
The best part about my job is that even though I unfortunately don’t work on the cars, I work directly with the technicians all day so it keeps me close enough to the action in the shop to keep me happy. I also work with our service consultant team to make sure the “Warranty” portion of the repair process is carried out correctly. I’ve been working for BMW for about 3 years now and enjoy it very much. It’s a great product with great service.

I started working on cars when I was about 12 years old at my father's full service gas stations. I have been a BMW Certified Technician since 1997. Besides working on on BMW's, I enjoy working on race cars and motorcycles. I look forward to helping our customers with their automotive needs.

I have been a BMW Service Technician for 10 years. I am currently the BMW of Schererville Shop Foreman. I have been working at this dealership for 8 years. My name is Pete and I have worked on all types of vehicles, foreign and domestic. My father worked on cars constantly, and I was interested in it from a young age. I've worked with Chevy & Chrysler products, and I believe the BMW to be one of the finest vehicles on the road. A well maintained Bimmer is capable of doing things that no other make can do. I was first interested in fixing cars when I took auto shop in high school. I attended Wyoming Technical Institute after I graduated, and from there I got accepted into the BMW Step program in Orlando. I Worked for BMW in Michigan for 9 years and have been back in Indiana for 9 months. When I'm not at work my favorite things to do include mountain biking, snowboarding, playing guitar, and just spending time with my wife.
