Kristy Murphy demonstrates a wealth of knowledge relative to the auto industry, and particularly with regard to BMW vehicles. No matter how general or specific the questions posed, Kristy responds offering several possibilities, and she is always accurate and right on the mark.

Ms. Murphy is professional and friendly at all times. Her concern for the technicians to solve the problem is genuine. In addition, she makes every effort to provide a loaner when necessary. Kristy moves quickly as she performs her duties, and quite frankly, I don't see how she is able to maintain the pace at which she works.

I have every confidence in Ms. Murphy's ability and any recommendations she makes.

We took our 2006 BMW in for routine servicing. As usual, Kristin Murphy was there with a smile to greet us. She always explains everything fully, and we feel that she really takes wonderful care of us, and our car. Our service appointments are always great: we are welcomed warmly; our concerns are addressed; the environment is clean and professional; and, our vehicle is promptly and properly serviced.

We previously had a 2003 BMW, which was a wonderful car. We could not have had a better experience with that car. In 2006, we bought another, since our experiences with BMW, our salesman and the service department were so positive.

And then Chris Hardaway introduced us to our newest car: a BMW convertible with a retractable hard-top. Chris has sold us the two prior vehicles, and certainly knows what we like. He is a sweet and pleasant person, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He actually makes the process of buying a car a positive experience. We cannot speak more highly of him.

After the purchase, we dealt with William, who explained the features of the vehicle. He was very amiable and thorough, offering to come out to our home just to sync the garage door opener. Even though we have had two prior BMW’s, it was nice to hear all the new and different features of this vehicle, and get that refresher course.

All in all, this dealership exemplifies excellence from start to finish. In fact, on a scale of 1 to 5, we would rate all three people (Chris Hardaway, William Laboy and Kristin Murphy) and this dealership with a 10! Simply wonderful!

I had the opportunity to work with Jimmie Page when buying my first new car. The car I had wanted to purchase had not even come out yet, but Jimmie was able to track down a shipment of cars and find the exact combination of options that I had wanted. This particular car was not even able to be ordered from the factory, but Jimmie was still able to get my exactly what I want.

We have had the best care for our X5 with BMW of Schereville,IN. The service department has been very easy to work with on any issues we have had. We currently own our third X5, and wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else for service, or any other problem. Kristy Murphy, our personal service associate, makes it her business to have our car picked up from our condo garage, she arranges to leave a loaner, and then has our car delivered upon it's completion of service. So, in essence, we never have to go back to the dealership, and, living in downtown Chicago, this is a HUGE convenience to us. They have also been trying very hard to give us the BEST possible deal on a new X5, but we are not quite ready for one.......YET!
